30 days challenge

I see that on Facebook everybody is challenging one another. A challenge on putting a picture of themselves in honor to support women for women. A challenge on being positive on different aspect of life; your own life, your country, what you do after this quarantine is over etc. There are also world challenges on different social media platforms. I got tagged in some of those challenges. No disrespect to others- and not because they also did it to me- but I want to do my own challenge, and you can do the same or just like, comment or share.

This challenge is to focus on me. And it just consists of me holding myself accountable, and take the ownership. First focus on 5 main area’s in my life: in this particular order.

  1. Career
  2. Healthy Eating
  3. Exercise
  4. Writing
  5. Friendship

All these areas are connected with each other, so it means that all shall be equally balanced.

*I accept this challenge and shall be patient with myself.

** Always put a reward on every day. This is most important.
