‘U ever get turned on/off by somebody’s mindset? Like damn… You think like that?’

I know a lot of you reading this quote will agree and say: ‘YES’ with capital letters. Tell me one thing. Are you still with that person now that you reading this quote? Most of you aren’t with that person who turned you on with his/her mindset.

Why?

The answer lies in you, when you really want to dig deep and confront yourself with the real answer. You did not know what you want. The idea to have or be or get turned by a mindset is not something that you really longed for and needed. You did not know what you really need, only what you want. When you are in the situation, where all that you once wanted is not the way you thought off or where you aren’t even happy-genuinely happy- what question do you ask yourself now?

If we can observe other people’s behavior and correct them- we can definitely observe our own and correct our behavior, without someone else telling us or giving us the reason to change a behavior they don’t like. We don’t need to be dependent on someone else’s information. Yes, we say that often- we think about it many times- Do we really live by it? It’s like constantly reflecting on your day before going to bed- now you also reflect on your own behavior towards yourself and others. This is where growth starts. I know this is too much to think of but one of the universal laws is ‘everything starts and begins with me’ (you need to read it out loud, it is referred to you, me and everybody else).

There are so many truths and lies in the world or lies entangled in the truth. How do you want to see it? In this entanglement you need to find the thin line. Or you need to know what the fundament is, not just a fundament- a universal fundament. Where everything that is connected makes sense. You understand the concept and you see a pattern.

This pattern is also reflected to you, to me. Just know: We, I am part of a me, me is part of a family, my family is part of a community, a community is part of a place/a city, this place/city is part of a land, this land is part of a continent and a continent is part of the world, the world is part of the universe, the universe is part of a bigger thing… The question stays ‘What connects that all?’ That should be the fundament. This goes deeper, I know.

But to answer the question, ‘why aren’t we with the person we got turned on by his/her mindset?’

We never got to know who we are in the first place. What our core values are and where they lie? People stay together for a long period of time because they have one thing in common: their values are aligned. They can go through so much; hard, bad, and beautiful times with the core values they both have. And as second place; as individual we are always growing/changing. Don’t confuse it with the core values. THAT NEVER change. If it does- than it is not your core value. Dig deeper. What you WANT is not entirely WHO YOU ARE. Remember that. And it is ok. Every day you get is the chance to start again.

My number one core value is Integrity- How do I know? I can die for my core value. LITERALY DIE.

Oh, also remember that there are also two sides: You also get turned off by something- all the above is also suitable for this side. The side nobody wants or be in. ?
